I recently recorded a radio spot for Air Tran Airways. Oddly, it is the second spot I have done that has me stuffing things in my mouth. Do not read into this in any way.
It aired! Wait through the ad, then get ready for the comedy…
Amazing video work here, actually.

So last week I shot my first-ever bit for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and my Tribeca Flasher ad was on TBS as part of the World’s Funniest Commercials. It’s looking like the Fallon bit won’t be airing, I guess. Basically, Jimmy Fallon spit-takes right into my face. Nudity and spitting in my face is where the bucks are at these days!

A lot of people might think that my Tribeca Flasher spot was the first time I’ve worn a skin-toned weewee sock and nothing else. Not so!
A while ago, I starred in a web pilot for Comedy Central’s Motherlode site, but it wasn’t picked up for more episodes. Ben Gruber created it and Dan Dratch voiced my truly jerky goldfish. Enjoy!

I’m at the wayyyy back there. And on certain TVs (like mine) I’m just out of frame. Bah! But happy to be anywhere in the mix…

A friend of mine sent me this pic from his iPhone. It’s my flasher spot on the big screen. I decided it’d be worth it to see on a big screen too and I headed to the Tribeca Film Festival last week to see my spot and the movie that followed it. At first I was worried that it wouldn’t play, but then when it came on I was sort of blown away by seeing myself so big.
It’s been really fun to have so many people tell me they’ve seen the spot.

Okay, maybe flap is overstating it. But the website Hollywood Elsewhere posted a critique of my Tribeca Film Festival flasher spot. Interesting perspectives, though the main beef seems to be about whether I keep my coat open or closed and what this says about my sexual aggression.
Whoa! My comedic instinct says it’s funnier with it open the whole time. I also think that if I was a typical flasher, it’s unlikely that I’d stop and flirt and hit it off with anyone. So maybe the rules of this interaction aren’t a typical day.
Anyway, fun to get the attention. I had my first “hey, you’re the flasher” moment last night at the UCB Theatre. Two people leaving were giving me a weird look, and then they explained. I guess that’s cool!

The Tribeca Film Festival opens tonight and so does my trenchcoat in this spot they’re running before screenings. Barely SFW: you do not actually see my junk.

Okay, the Google Image search for “flasher” was getting a little intense. So no pix!
I have a Tribeca Film Festival ad coming out. I play a flasher who finds love. It should be very funny. We shot it on the coldest day in the world ever and I had a flesh-colored bikini thong on. So laugh it up!
It’s mostly gonna be shown in front of the movies in the theaters. So if you see it, please let me know.
